Provide specialist advise in the areas of credit and collections risk in order to better predict and manage defaults or delayed payments. Lead the development and implementation of recovery strategies.
General Responsibilities:Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
- Execute all internal customer facing transactions in line with TAQA Distribution strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services
- Ensure that internal customer needs, problems and requests are recorded and addressed in a timely manner
- Ensure the delivery of a world-class business services experience
- Provide specialist inputs into design, development and implementation of credit and collections policies and processes
- Support team with analysis of customers and receivables to identify current and potential cases for payment defaults and collections issues
- Develop and monitor customer profiles based on historic analysis to determine high default customer categories

- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace that supports the interest of HSE, security and welfare.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 6-9 years of relevant working experience.
- Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
