About the Role
We are looking for an Arabic Speaker Impact Assessment Expert to join our Competitiveness and Economic Policies Sector. In this role, you will provide technical expertise in economic impact assessment and competitiveness enablement, develop annual plans, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct economic analyses using advanced statistical methods, econometric models, and data analysis techniques to support decision-making.
- Evaluate the economic impact of proposed government programs and initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations to improve them.
- Analyze the effect of policies and legislation on business costs, market efficiency, and investment attractiveness.
- Prepare economic analyses and studies to identify gaps and opportunities in the business environment and targeted sectors, and analyze the root causes of challenges, supporting the development of actionable initiatives and policies.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify and adapt international best practices to serve the Emirate's business environment.
- Engage with the private sector and government entities through consultative meetings, surveys, and workshops, including designing and analyzing surveys, collecting data, and coordinating with stakeholders to verify results and ensure your analysis accuracy.
- Prepare high-quality analytical reports and presentations for executive leadership and decision-makers. D8 Develop and implement integrated methodologies to measure the impact of government policies, fees, and initiatives before and after implementation at both the macro and sectoral levels.
- Represent the team at official meetings and forums and present analytical outputs professionally.
- Provide technical expertise in monitoring the implementation of recommendations on competitiveness enablers and prepare follow-up reports and progress review meetings.
