Sales Manager – Machine Shop, Specialized Coatings & Component Manufacturing

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for precision machining, reverse engineering, specialized coatings, component manufacturing, and repair solutions throughout the UAE.
Responsibilities- Develop business in UAE with focus in ADNOC, TAQA and industrial customers.
- Promote machining, coatings and manufacturing capabilities.
- Generate RFQs and long-term service agreements.
- Build relationships with maintenance managers and reliability engineers.
- Prepare sales forecasts.
- Support strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial agreements.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of UAE sales experience in machine shop, coatings or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of machining, welding, thermal spray and repair solutions.
- Established customer network in UAE.
- UAE driving license.
- Experience selling HVOF, laser cladding, hard chrome, nickel plating or precision manufacturing.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment components is a plus.
