Head of Product (AI

The Head of Product will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of AI-native products serving operations across dozens of business entities. This role owns the full product portfolio — discovery, delivery, and growth — ensuring every product solves real operational problems with an exceptional user experience and measurable impact. The Head of Product will build and lead a high-performing product and go-to-market organization, set product strategy, and act as the bridge between stakeholders, engineering, and design.

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the full portfolio
• Define and manage the product prioritization framework, balancing strategic organizational mandates with user impact and technical feasibility
• Establish an AI-first product development and management lifecycle, leveraging AI tools and platforms in discovery and experimentation

• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, driving clear OKRs and success metrics for every product
• Partner with Design on product discovery and validation for new AI-native solutions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs across business entities
• Partner with the CTO, Head of AI Engineering, and Design to translate product requirements into scalable, AI-powered technical solutions
• Build and maintain product analytics capabilities to measure adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and operational impact across the portfolio

• Lead the product and GTM organization, building a culture of user obsession, rapid iteration, and evidence-based decision-making
• Contribute to user research, design systems, and UX standards that ensure consistently excellent experiences across the product portfolio
• Recruit, develop, and mentor top product management and design talent, with an emphasis on ownership mindset and intellectual honesty

• Manage stakeholder relationships across business entities, translating complex organizational needs into clear product specifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a CPO, VP of Product, or equivalent senior product leadership role
• Proven track record of leading product organizations that shipped successful products at scale
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product portfolios with multiple products at different lifecycle stages simultaneously
• Deep experience in AI-powered or data-driven product development, with a strong understanding of what AI can and cannot do in production

• Experience working with engineering teams to balance technical debt, platform investments, and feature delivery
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking product metrics, OKRs, and business outcomes
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational and political dynamics

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or product-focused advanced degree is a plus

• Experience at leading AI-native companies or top-tier technology companies with strong product cultures
• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise product development at scale
• Experience with B2B SaaS or internal enterprise product development serving large, diverse user bases
• Understanding of multilingual UX and localized product design considerations
• Track record of building products that automate or augment complex professional

workflows (legal, procurement, operations)
