As the Product Delivery Senior Manager, you will lead demand management and drive the annual digital transformation roadmap alongside CAPEX planning to ensure alignment with Miral’s strategic objectives. This pivotal role governs the Business Analysis function, ensuring business and technology demands are captured, assessed, and transformed into business value with clear prioritization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, DTD teams, and the PMO to refine requirements, navigate dependencies, and deliver initiatives while managing and mentoring the Business Analyst team.
Your expertise will ensure the rigorous assessment of requests, controlled transition into delivery pipelines, and high‑quality governance across the function.
- Define and maintain the DTD roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategy, goals, and investment plans while facilitating a structured planning cycle that consolidates business initiatives, technical upscaling, and validated requirements.
- Lead roadmap development with clear problem statements, business outcomes, cost estimates, dependencies, and success criteria—ensuring buy‑in across stakeholders before commitments.
- Drive CAPEX/OPEX estimation by gathering vendor, BA, PM, QA, architecture, and security inputs, while prioritizing initiatives based on value, urgency, and delivery feasibility.
- Advise executives on roadmap trade‑offs, presenting insights on costs, risks, resource needs, constraints, and strategic benefits to secure informed decisions.
- Translate roadmap activities into viable delivery pipeline projects with discounts, market research, RFIs, and options assessments as required.
- Collaborate with business owners, product owners, technical architects, and vendors to ensure a seamless transition into operational execution.
- Oversee the robust demand‑management process as a governance hub for business and technology requests, ensuring prioritization aligns with capacity, funding, value, time frames, and stakeholder expectations.
- Evaluate submissions to classify needs as projects, ideation, roadmap items, service/backlog updates, or closures based on feasibility, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Lead demand triage discussions, coordinating feasibility assessments with technical teams to outline scope, delivery routes, resource requirements, risks, and budget impacts.
- Chair bi‑weekly forums to review active demands, track status, resolve obstacles, and drive decision‑making while maintaining crystal‑clear communication with business stakeholders.
- Publish demand reports on aging, ownership, pending actions, budget status, and decisions, while empowering stakeholders to adopt formal governance platforms.
- Optimize demand workflows within PPM systems—enhancing process mapping, data quality, and migration routes from demand intake to project execution.
- Direct the BA team’s allocation, capacity planning, and training to ensure optimal support for roadmap and delivery initiatives, scoping work based on priority, complexity, and domain expertise.
