On behalf of our client, we are seeking a high‑performing Program Specialist to join their CEO Office. Acting as a direct right‑hand to the executive team, you will translate complex data into actionable executive insights, orchestrate enterprise‑wide initiatives, and ensure the flawless execution of the CEO’s highest‑priority strategic agendas. This premium, high‑visibility role serves as a strategic incubator and a fast‑track launchpad into future leadership roles across their wider ecosystem.

• Strategic Execution:
  Support the CEO Office in planning, coordinating, and driving enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives and technology programs.
• Project Orchestration:
  Manage and track complex, cross‑functional projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and risks are rigorously monitored.
• Data‑Driven Insights:
  Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis to synthesize complex technical and commercial data into concise executive briefs.
• Executive Communications:
  Prepare high‑quality presentations, board materials, and strategic reports for senior leadership and external sovereign stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Alignment:
  Coordinate with business unit heads to maintain strategic alignment and drive follow‑through on key action items.

• Experience:
  
  Up to 5 years of professional experience within a top‑tier Management Consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Strategy&), Corporate Strategy function, or a high‑growth Transformation Office.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field from a top‑tier university.
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional critical thinking, advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
