Product vision, strategy, and roadmap across an entire AI-native portfolio
A high-performing product and GTM organization, built on user obsession, rapid iteration, and evidence over opinion
An AI-first product development lifecycle, embedding AI tools into discovery and experimentation
Senior partnerships with engineering and design leadership to turn product requirements into scalable, AI-powered solutions
Stakeholder relationships across a large, complex organization, translating multifaceted needs into clear product direction
15+ years in product management, including 5+ years as a CPO, VP of Product, or equivalent senior product leader
A track record of leading product organizations that have shipped successful products at scale
Deep experience in AI-powered or data-driven product development — and a clear-eyed view of what AI can and can't do in production
Sharp analytical instincts, with real experience defining and tracking product metrics, OKRs, and business outcomes Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the political and organizational savvy to match
Experience at an AI-native company (think OpenAI, Anthropic, Notion, Figma) or a top-tier product-led tech company
Large-scale digital transformation or enterprise product experience within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
B2B SaaS or internal enterprise product experience serving large, diverse user bases
Familiarity with Arabic-language UX and multilingual product design
A history of building products that automate or augment complex professional workflows legal, procurement, operations
