Senior Product Manager (AI-Native Products

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of next-generation AI-native products. This role is ideal for a product leader passionate about turning emerging AI capabilities into real-world business outcomes, driving innovation from concept to launch, and collaborating across engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-native product capabilities that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable customer value. You will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, define product strategy, build MVPs, validate market demand, and drive successful go-to-market execution.

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-native products and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Identify opportunities where AI can automate, assist, or enhance customer workflows.
• Translate customer problems into innovative product solutions with measurable impact.

• Own product vision, backlog prioritization, requirements, pilots, and launch readiness.
• Define MVP scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Drive product delivery through close partnership with engineering and data science teams.

• Conduct customer interviews and stakeholder workshops to uncover workflow challenges and business opportunities.
• Gather insights to shape product direction, adoption strategies and commercial viability.
• Apply practical understanding of LLMs, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and AI platform capabilities.
• Partner with technical teams to evaluate model quality, reliability, observability, and safety considerations.

• Design experiments and define KPIs for adoption, business impact, model performance, and customer value.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve product outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product launches, pricing strategies, pilot programs, enablement materials, and customer success stories.
• Support revenue growth through successful commercialization of AI-powered solutions.

• Proven experience launching and scaling new digital or SaaS products from concept to market.
• Strong background in Product Management within technology-driven environments.
• Practical understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Copilots, Prompt Engineering, and AI Automation
  .
• Experience defining product roadmaps, MVPs, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and experience conducting product discovery.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, digital platforms, automation solutions, or AI products is highly preferred.

• Experience with Agentic AI, AI Assistants, Workflow Automation, or Enterprise AI Platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI, model monitoring, human-in-the-loop systems, and compliance requirements.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise environments involving security, legal, procurement, and integration teams.
• Background supporting B2B, enterprise, government, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Product Management, Agile, Cloud, AI, or Data-related certifications are advantageous.

• Strong product judgment and ability to identify high-value AI opportunities.
