We are seeking an experienced Proposal & Bid Coordinator to support RFP, RFI and tender submissions.
Job DescriptionThe Proposal & Bid Coordinator will coordinate preparation of compliant technical and commercial submissions.
Responsibilities- Review RFPs, RFIs and tender documentation.
- Coordinate preparation of technical proposals.
- Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals.
- Gather inputs from technical, commercial and management teams.
- Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines.
- Prepare professional tender documentation.
- Draft and edit proposal content.
- Verify tender compliance requirements.
- Coordinate clarification responses.
- Manage proposal registers and bid documentation.
- Support submission preparation and post-submission follow-up.
- Maintain high standards of technical and commercial writing.
