Looking for an experienced Internal Compliance Manager to lead compliance reviews, control testing, and assurance activities across Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and other shared services functions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams across Miral's subsidiaries while maintaining the independence and objectivity expected from the Internal Compliance function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead compliance reviews and control testing to assess adherence to policies, governance requirements, and Delegation of Authority frameworks.
- Evaluate procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, sourcing, tendering, contract compliance, supplier due diligence, and conflict‑of‑interest controls.
- Review finance controls, including payment approvals, invoice processing, expense management, reconciliations, segregation of duties, and financial delegations.
- Conduct HR compliance reviews covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, policy adherence, training records, and access controls.
- Identify compliance breaches, control weaknesses, policy deviations, and emerging risks, and support stakeholders in implementing effective remediation plans.
- Monitor and validate corrective actions, ensuring timely closure and compliance with agreed action plans.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive updates highlighting key findings, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support investigations and special reviews related to procurement irregularities, financial control concerns, fraud indicators, and non‑compliance matters.
- Manage and develop Internal Compliance Associates, ensuring high‑quality reviews and consistent delivery standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CFE, CISA, CRMA
, or equivalent.
7-10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, or Forensic Reviews.
Strong experience reviewing Procurement, Finance, HR, and Shared Services processes.
Proven experience conducting risk‑based reviews, control testing, issue validation, and executive reporting.
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple departments and influencing process improvements.
Previous team management or supervisory experience.
Preferred- Experience with in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, theme parks, attractions, government‑related entities, or complex multi‑site organizations.
- Familiarity with ERP, Procurement, Finance, and HR systems.
- Experience using Power BI, Excel, and analytics tools to identify risks, trends, and control gaps.
