The UAE National Supervisor oversees the daily operations of assigned staff and ensures that institutional policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently implemented.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
- Conduct staff orientation and on-the-job training when required.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
