Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth running of our business. This position offers a salary of 1400. RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an office management role
- Experience in managing budgets
- Proven ability to lead a team of administrative staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills including time management skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including scheduling meetings, managing calendar requests, ordering supplies, and organizing documents.
- Manage the administrative staff including assigning tasks and reviewing performance.
- Maintain office records including filing systems for digital documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor budget expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
