Avoca is hiring a Channel Partner Manager to drive partnerships with HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors. You will own a revenue portfolio, negotiate terms, and build a scalable playbook in a fast-growing startup.
You will work closely with Sales, Rev Ops, and Marketing to convert partner introductions into closed business, travel for industry events, and lead end-to-end partnership initiatives that fuel growth. NYC HQ based, on-site role.
