Join Ali & Sons as a Purchase Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in procurement?

Join Ali & Sons as a Purchase Coordinator, supporting the Purchase Officer in managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and send them to suppliers and departments.
• Obtain supplier prices, specifications, and delivery information.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Check invoices and receiving reports against purchase orders.
• Review prices and payment terms and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and freight partners.
• Process CAPO, change orders, bid requests, and other procurement documents.
• Support the Purchase Officer and Head of Purchase Section with daily administrative duties.

To support smooth and efficient procurement operations by coordinating purchase orders, suppliers, deliveries, documentation, and follow-ups.

• Experience:
  
  1-3 years in a similar procurement role.
• Education:
  
  University Degree in Business Administration.
• Languages:
  
  Fluent English;
  Arabic preferred.
• Software:
  Proficiency in MS Office.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
