Emiratization & Government Relations Manager
YOUR ROLE
As Emiratization amp Government Relations Manager you will lead the hotel s Emiratization strategy and Government Relations function ensuring alignment with UAE national workforce objectives and legislative requirements. You will drive the attraction development engagement and retention of Emirati talent while serving as the primary liaison with government authorities. Through your expertise and relationships you will help create meaningful career opportunities for UAE nationals support organizational compliance and contribute to the continued success and reputation of Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
HOWYOU LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Develop and execute the hotel s Emiratization strategy ensuring alignment with UAE regulations national initiatives and business objectives.
- Lead the full lifecycle management of Emirati associates including attraction recruitment onboarding development engagement and retention.
- Build strong partnerships with government entities including MOHRE ICP GDRFA Abu Dhabi Pension Fund and other regulatory bodies.
- Oversee visa labor contract Emirates related government processes while ensuring full compliance and timely renewals.
- Manage Nafis participation Abu Dhabi Pension Fund requirements and all associated reporting and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with department leaders to create career pathways succession plans and development opportunities for Emirati talent.
- Monitor Emiratization performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives that enhance Government Relations and Talent amp Culture processes.

QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS
- You have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Emiratization programs, Nafis, pension regulations, and government compliance requirements.
- You are experienced in building productive relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders.
- You are passionate about developing Emirati talent and supporting meaningful career growth opportunities.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are confident analyzing data, preparing reports, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- You demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- You are comfortable navigating government e-service platforms such as MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA.
