Lead on evaluating, optimizing, and redesigning business processes to drive operational excellence across the organization. The role leads end-to-end process improvement initiatives, ensures process governance, and works closely with cross-functional teams to develop efficient, scalable, and sustainable processes.
3 Responsibilities Core Responsibilities- Lead the assessment of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for significant improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Lead on new business requirements and work with relevant departments to determine new processes or modifications to existing ones.
- Present process issues, highlight functionality gaps, and propose actionable improvement solutions.
- Oversee the use and governance of process mapping tools such as ARIS.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for process mapping requirements across the organization.
- Ensure all process and procedure documentation remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Support departments in maintaining process documentation, templates, and best practices to ensure quality adherence.
- Support and independently execute end-to-end process improvement projects with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate closely with IT to identify automation opportunities and enhance process efficiency through digital solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.
- Manage internal and external communication related to process initiatives in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor, track, and report progress of process improvement activities in line with the approved objectives.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional process improvement teams.
- Facilitate workshops, awareness sessions, and training programs to build organizational capability in process improvement.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gain alignment, secure buy-in, and support change adoption.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.
- Ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned section activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar is preferred.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in process optimization, business transformation, or continuous improvement roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma (Black Belt certified)
- Excellent knowledge of ARIS configuration with implementation experience
- Advanced expertise in automation tools and technologies such as RPA
- Extensive experience in leading and managing process improvement teams and initiatives
- Proven track record of cost reductions and increased productivity
- Strong process analysis and process design capabilities.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., ARIS).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver under minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including workshop delivery.
- Knowledge of automation tools and collaboration with IT teams.
