About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing product organization and drive high-impact initiatives across growth, content, acquisition, localization, and technology-enabled business solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of business, product, data, and engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, translate complex requirements into scalable product solutions, and drive initiatives from problem definition through launch and optimization.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with excellent business judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Business Analysis- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to understand user needs, business challenges, operational gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate business requirements and challenge assumptions to ensure proposed initiatives are supported by clear data, business value, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate business needs into structured product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact, strategic alignment, urgency, complexity, and available resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities, operational efficiency, automation, and scalable growth.
- Own the development and refinement of product requirements, including MRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, actionable, and aligned with business objectives before development begins.
- Identify dependencies, risks, edge cases, and implementation challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering, data, design, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders to move initiatives from concept to launch.
- Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and blockers across multiple concurrent projects.
- Support product testing, launch readiness, rollout planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Define clear success metrics and measurement frameworks for product initiatives.
- Analyze product and business performance across adoption, conversion, revenue, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, and other relevant growth metrics.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate business impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses, inform product decisions, and optimize outcomes.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on product priorities, investment areas, and resource allocation.
- Act as a key product partner connecting business teams and technical teams.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with different priorities, requirements, and perspectives.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, risks, and business impact clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish structured product development and execution processes across cross-functional initiatives.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager
, preferably within growth product, growth technology, growth platform, consumer technology, or other data-driven product environments. - Strong experience creating, reviewing, and managing MRDs, PRDs, product requirements, and product documentation
