Project Event Manager FinTech, AI & Innovation Events

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Event Manager to lead the planning development and execution of high-profile events for a large and leading Fin Tech organisation The role will manage the full event lifecycle across Fin Tech AI innovation technology digital transformation and financial services events from initial concept and strategic planning through to execution post-event evaluation and reporting The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing corporate B2B conferences summits forums exhibitions innovation events or technology-focused experiences with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders agencies suppliers and projects simultaneously Arabic language fluency is preferred particularly given the organisation s engagement with regional stakeholders government entities financial institutions and senior executives across the GCC

• Develop and execute end-to-end event strategies aligned with the company s business brand and engagement objectives
• Lead the planning and delivery of Fin Tech AI innovation technology financial services and corporate events
• Translate business objectives into compelling event concepts formats agendas and attendee experiences
• Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets milestones and event delivery frameworks
• Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are achieved
• Work closely with internal teams including Marketing Communications Partnerships Product Innovation Corporate Affairs and senior leadership
• Develop event KPIs and measure event performance engagement attendance ROI and overall impact
• Identify opportunities to introduce new event formats technologies and innovative experiences

• Support the development of event agendas and session formats in collaboration with relevant internal teams
• Manage speaker invitations confirmations briefing logistics and on-site requirements
• Coordinate with senior executives industry leaders government representatives and subject-matter experts
• Ensure event content and experiences are aligned with key themes including Fin Tech AI digital transformation innovation future of finance and emerging technologies

• 6-10+ years of experience in event/project management, preferably within Fin Tech, Event Management, financial services, technology, AI, innovation, banking, or a large corporate environment .
• Proven experience managing end-to-end events , conferences, summits, forums, corporate events, exhibitions, or innovation-focused programmes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing event agencies, production companies, suppliers, procurement processes, and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder and partnership management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, government stakeholders, partners, speakers, and external suppliers.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Arabic is preferred , with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC event landscape is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly corporate and technology-driven environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required for events.
