Delivery Lead | Product Owner (AI Platform)

We are partnering with a leading technology organisation delivering a major digital transformation programme within the public sector in Abu Dhabi.

As the programme continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Delivery Lead to take ownership of key work streams and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of multiple product-focused initiatives, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.

You will be responsible for driving requirements, coordinating product development activities, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery across the product lifecycle.

This role is highly client-facing and requires someone who is comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments, influencing decisions, and constructively challenging requirements where necessary.

• Lead delivery of strategic digital product initiatives
• Gather and refine business and customer requirements
• Support product discovery, design, prototyping, and delivery activities
• Create and manage product and project documentation
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making sessions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Provide structure, governance, and direction across assigned work streams
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and programme leadership

• 5+ years' experience in Product, Delivery, Programme, or Consulting roles
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience
• Experience working with external clients rather than purely internal business functions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence challenging assumptions and asking difficult questions when required
• Understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Experience working within large corporate environments

• Consultancy background
• Experience working with government or public sector organisations
• Knowledge of data-driven products or platforms
• Exposure to AI, digital, or emerging technology initiatives

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised, and confident in managing demanding stakeholders. You will be someone who can read the room, navigate complex relationships, and provide clear direction while maintaining strong client partnerships.

This is not a hands-on product management role. Instead, we're looking for someone who understands how successful products are built and can effectively lead and coordinate the process from requirements through to delivery
