Job Title:
Claims Specialist
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess contractor claims and entitlement.
- Prepare claim assessments, responses, and supporting documentation.
- Analyse delay, disruption, variations, and contractual events.
- Support negotiations and dispute avoidance/resolution.
- Maintain claims registers and reporting.
- 7–12 years' experience in construction claims.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE/GCC contracts.
- Experience with delay analysis and extension-of-time claims preferred.
- QS/Engineering/Construction/Law background.
