To develop, implement, and monitor the organization’s corporate strategy and performance management framework, ensuring alignment with government agendas and supporting executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, review, and update corporate strategies, objectives, and implementation plans.
- Align organizational strategies with government and sectoral agendas.
- Design and manage performance frameworks including KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, dashboards, and strategic reports.
- Monitor strategic performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support executive management through strategic analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective strategy execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Management, MIS, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Strategy, Performance Management, PMO, or Government Transformation.
- Proven experience in government, semi-government, or public sector entities
