Strategy Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Strategy & Projects Manager to join a fast-growing technology business.

This is a broad, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of strategy, transformation and execution
. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities, translate them into actionable initiatives, and lead critical projects across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery. You should be equally comfortable analysing a business problem, developing recommendations for senior leadership, and taking ownership of the resulting project through to implementation.

• Work with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities across the business.
• Lead high-impact strategic and transformation projects from concept through to delivery.
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct market, competitor and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Build business cases and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, scalability and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial and other business functions.
• Track project performance, identify risks and ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Support new product launches, market expansion and other growth initiatives where required.
• Establish effective project governance and ensure accountability across key work streams.
• Act as a trusted problem-solving partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

• 5–10 years' experience across strategy, project/programme management, transformation or strategic initiatives

• Experience working within a technology, digital, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce or other high-growth environment
  .
• Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand both the strategic and operational implications of decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior leadership.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans and deliverable outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Highly organised, proactive and accountable for delivery.

• Previous experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or a technology-focused transformation environment.
• Experience delivering digital transformation or technology-enabled change programmes.
• Exposure to product strategy, operating model design, market expansion or growth initiatives.
• Experience working in a scale-up or rapidly growing technology organisation.
