Lead the development, execution, and governance of corporate strategy across Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure divisions to drive growth, performance, diversification, and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies, multi-year plans, and KPIs; lead annual and mid-term planning cycles.
- Growth & Investment: Evaluate new business, expansion, diversification, and M&A opportunities; lead feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Executive Advisory: Support the CEO and Board with strategic insights, reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Execution & Governance: Track strategic initiatives against KPIs, establish decision-making frameworks, and ensure cross-functional alignment (Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR).
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Strategy, Economics, or Engineering. MBA/Master's preferred.
- Experience: 15–18 years total experience, with 7–10 years in senior strategy or consulting (preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure).
- Certifications: Strategy, finance, or leadership certifications preferred.
