Strategy Implementation Manager

Job Description:

The Manager of the Strategy Execution Support Department is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role ensures alignment between strategic goals and operational execution, driving efficiency and effectiveness in achieving organizational objectives. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, identify challenges, and provide solutions to ensure successful strategy execution. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Manager will also play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
