Role Requirements- Lead the development and execution of ADNOC’s Market Intelligence strategy, roadmap, and functional capability to support high-value and business-critical categories.
- Direct supply market research, data management, knowledge management, analytics solutions, and management reporting to enable informed decision making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, Group Companies, and external partners to shape category strategies and identify opportunities.
- Oversee market risk assessment, cost optimization, pricing intelligence, supplier market insights, and team development while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in procurement, market intelligence, supply chain, analytics, technology enablement, or business applications, preferably within Oil & Gas.
- Proven ability to lead market intelligence, category management, procurement analysis, cost modelling, and strategic sourcing support for complex business-critical categories.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, financial, strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Experienced people leader able to manage multiple priorities, build capability, drive performance, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
