Job Title:

Head of Transformation - Wholesale / CIBG

I’m currently supporting a leading financial services organisation with the appointment of a Senior Transformation Lead
.

This is a high-impact role for someone who has spent their career delivering large-scale business transformation within banking and is comfortable operating with senior executives across multiple functions.

The position will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, helping the organisation move from strategy through to execution and measurable delivery
.

The role will involve:

• Leading multiple complex transformation initiatives simultaneously
• Working closely with senior executives to define priorities and delivery plans
• Driving major business and operating model change
• Managing cross-functional programmes across business, operations and technology
• Establishing strong governance across the transformation portfolio
• Identifying delivery risks, dependencies and resource requirements
• Challenging stakeholders and ensuring programmes remain focused on commercial outcomes
• Supporting business teams through implementation and change adoption

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years' experience within banking / financial services
• A strong background in transformation, strategic change or complex programme delivery
• Experience delivering change within a Corporate, Wholesale or Institutional Banking environment
• Strong commercial and business understanding — not purely technology transformation
• Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders and complex programmes
• Confidence operating with C-suite / executive-level stakeholders
• A track record of taking major initiatives from concept through to implementation
