Salary: £70,000 – £110,000 pa (tax-free)

Hours: 7.00am – 7.00pm, 5 days a week

A wonderful opportunity for a bright, education-focused nanny to join a fully staffed household caring for three children aged 5 years, 4 years, and 10 months. The family will employ two nannies, with the current nanny primarily focused on the baby, while this role will centre on the older children. There will, however, be periods when care of all three children is required, so confidence across all age groups is essential.
The children are healthy, happy, and full of personality. They love swimming, spending time at the beach, reading stories, and being outdoors. A nanny who enjoys getting involved, whether in the pool, on beach outings, or through imaginative play, will feel very at home here. A confident driver is required for school runs, with the childrens school approximately a ten-minute drive away.
Both parents are warm, approachable, and deeply respectful of the people who support their family. Dad is American and Mum is Spanish. Courtesy and kindness are important values in the home, and the children are encouraged to be polite, thoughtful, and respectful. The family places real importance on clear communication, teamwork, and mutual trust with their nannies.
The family home is a luxury beachfront duplex located in the heart of Saadiyat Island, known for its beautiful beaches, cultural landmarks, and vibrant community of young families. The area offers excellent amenities including a pool, gym, playground, and direct beach access, all within easy walking distance of cafés, shops, and everyday conveniences. It is a safe, modern environment with excellent healthcare and widespread use of English.
The family is seeking a nanny who is intellectually curious and ideally holds a degree. Someone who will enjoy answering the children's inquisitive questions, encourage discussion and make learning feel exciting and woven naturally into the day, will flourish in this role.
This is a tax-free position in Abu Dhabi, allowing the nanny to retain their full salary. The family understands that relocating internationally is a significant commitment and is happy to offer flights and a paid trial period to ensure the right fit for both sides.
