Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and passionate Early Childhood Development Nanny to join a dynamic household in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in child development and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children while supporting their growth and development in a holistic manner.
Responsibilities- Design and implement individualized educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity.
- Provide nurturing care, including meal preparation, supervision during play, and assistance with daily routines.
- Observe and document children's developmental progress, communicating regularly with parents regarding milestones and any concerns.
- Establish a consistent routine that fosters structure and security for the children.
- Encourage positive behavior and support emotional regulation through guided interactions.
- Promote a love for learning by incorporating books, music, and art into daily activities.
- Collaborate with parents to align educational goals and support strategies for their children.
- Maintain a clean and organized play environment, ensuring that toys and materials are safe and age-appropriate.
- Stay informed about current best practices and advancements in early childhood education.
- Proven experience working as an Early Childhood Educator or Nanny focused on child development.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents effectively.
- Ability to create an inspiring learning environment that fosters growth and curiosity.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to the family's specific needs and schedules.
Salary commensurate with the experience.
