Communications Responsibilities
Implement the organization’s communication strategy in coordination with the regional team and designated media agency.
Draft and manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, media statements, and responses to inquiries, aimed at enhancing public perception and increasing visibility among various audiences such as media, policymakers, stakeholders, and the general public.
Create engaging and tailored content for social media platforms like Linked In and Instagram.
Organize media and customer engagement initiatives, including workshops, press conferences, and events.
Ensure all written content aligns with the company’s tone and style, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with media professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content and visuals for communication campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas and identify newsworthy stories.
Use analytics and reporting tools to assess campaign performance and continuously improve communication strategies.
Proactively identify and assess potential risks and opportunities affecting the company’s public image or operations.
Collect and analyze data from reports, surveys, statistics, and legislation, and present insights clearly.
Foster strong relationships with government bodies, acting as an advocate for the company’s interests.
Act as a liaison between the company, government, and the broader business community, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Demonstrate a passion for CSR and sustainability, ensuring the company contributes positively to communities and the environment.
Seek and establish partnerships to implement impactful sustainability initiatives.
Build relationships with charities, educational institutions, and other community organizations.
Help develop awareness materials and campaigns aligned with the company’s environmental and social goals.
Promote employee engagement and volunteer programs that support CSR objectives.
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in a communications role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
Strong creative abilities, including skills in presentations, graphic design, and photo/video editing.
Proficiency in creative writing, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
In-depth understanding of digital media strategies, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
A proactive mindset with awareness of market trends and the interests of relevant stakeholders.
