About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Animator who can bring static visuals and digital experiences to life through strong design systems, layout, typography, and motion. This role requires both technical skill and conceptual thinking. You’ll lead the design development of integrated campaigns, social media assets, brand identities, event graphics, and animated content. You’ll work across formats and platforms, guiding junior designers while collaborating with creative leads and producers.
Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Design campaign visuals, layouts, and assets across digital, print, and environmental formats.
- Create storyboards and motion graphics for animated video content, reels, and social posts.
- Ensure visual work is brand-aligned, audience-relevant, and culturally sensitive.
- Translate strategic messaging into high-impact visual narratives.
- Collaborate closely with content, creative, production, and strategy teams.
- Work across multiple accounts, adapting concepts for various platforms and formats.
- Present concepts and designs internally and occasionally to clients.
- Guide junior designers and provide feedback on design and motion quality.
- Stay updated on regional design trends, animation styles, and visual innovations.
- 4‑6 years experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in Modern Standard Arabic and optionally regional dialects.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience editing content for both social media and formal government use.
- Solid understanding of story structure, sound editing, transitions, and Arabic text layout.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience working in an agency or with government media organizations is a strong plus.
- Arabic typography and bilingual design experience.
- Experience creating event graphics or working in large‑format design.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Premiere Pro, or 3D animation software.
- Experience working with government or culturally sensitive campaigns.
- Leadership or mentorship experience with junior design staff.
