This role supports lighting, stage, sound, video, and rigging systems and works closely with production and programming teams to ensure the smooth technical delivery of theater, dance, and music events.

• Provide hands‑on technical support for theater, dance, and music productions.
• Rig, focus, program, operate, and de‑rig lighting systems for performances and events.
• Support sound, video, stage, and rigging systems as required.
• Supervise venue changeovers and technical setups for visiting productions and events.
• Operate specialist lighting, sound, video, and stage equipment during rehearsals and live shows.
• Maintain technical equipment through preventive maintenance schedules and inventory control.
• Coordinate repairs and servicing of technical systems when required.
• Supervise technical support staff, visiting crews, third‑party vendors, and rental clients.
• Ensure all technical operations comply with health, safety, fire, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized technical work spaces at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or arts discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with large‑scale technical theater systems.
• Hands‑on experience across lighting, stage, sound, video, and rigging environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plots, and site diagrams.
• Physically capable of working at heights above 90 feet and lifting more than 50 pounds.
• Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills.
