Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs
• Conceptualize visuals for social media, websites, brochures and brand assets
• Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other digital assets
• Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Content Team to produce high‑quality branded designs
• Test graphics across various digital media, including A/B usability testing
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand

• Proven experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio of executed projects
• Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and HTML5
• Keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field (Arabic is a plus)

• Experience creating digital campaigns and reporting performance
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to interpret data from online platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Adobe Analytics)
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
• Capacity to inspire and motivate team members, and to work under tight deadlines
• Strong relationship management and communication with clients and media agencies
• Basic knowledge of web design and ability to learn new online systems quickly
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design packages
• Understanding of project‑management principles to manage workload effectively
