We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will capture and produce high-quality video content showcasing properties in an engaging and professional manner to attract clients and boost sales.
Responsibilities- Shoot professional videos of properties (apartments, villas, offices) both interior and exterior
- Edit and produce marketing videos for digital platforms and social media
- Apply visual effects, transitions, and color correction to ensure top-quality output
- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight property features creatively
- Organize and manage the property video library
- Deliver videos on time while meeting quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate videography and editing techniques
- Proven experience in real estate or marketing videography
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro)
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording
- Excellent eye for detail in interior and exterior property shooting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
