Overview

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Associate Producer (Only UAE Nationals) to join our fast-moving team. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role that supports the Studio across a diverse range of innovative projects. From high‑profile production shoots and immersive technology demos to large‑scale public events and VIP engagements, your work will span creative, technical, and operational domains, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, while also contributing to how we shape and share the story of our work with the world.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both production and creative environments, communicates clearly and confidently, and brings an eagerness to learn, support, and grow. You'll be collaborating with internal teams, clients, partners, VIP guests, and a variety of stakeholders, often in high‑pressure situations where professionalism, poise, and initiative are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of complex, high‑profile projects across multiple areas: holographic production shoots, executive demos, tech showcases, and public experiences.
  • Assist in managing schedules, logistics, stakeholder communications, and on‑the‑ground coordination, ensuring seamless operations from preparation to delivery.
  • Represent the production team with confidence and diplomacy when working with VIPs, clients, partners, and senior leadership.
  • Help track project progress from initial planning through to post‑delivery, anticipating challenges, flagging risks, and ensuring follow‑through.
  • Contribute to hands‑on testing and support of emerging technologies and help integrate them into creative workflows and event experiences.
  • Maintain documentation, support procurement and inventory, and assist in keeping team workflows organized and accountable.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in a game, film, creative, or technology‑driven production environment is desirable, with a track record of balancing short‑term execution with long‑term goals.
  • Agile, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic, startup‑like setting where priorities shift and each day brings something new.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and confident when engaging with VIPs and other key stakeholders.
  • Organized and proactive, with an ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward without needing micromanagement.
  • A passion for leveraging cutting‑edge technology to deliver innovative solutions that enhance real‑world experiences.
  • A natural communicator with an appreciation for the power of storytelling able to frame complex work in a clear, compelling way to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools and workflows, and a willingness to support a broad range of initiatives as the team evolves.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in production, event management, VFX, creative industries, or immersive technologies.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Notion, Trello, Shotgrid, Excel, and Figma.
