As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Kandura Tailor Specialist to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

• Take accurate customer measurements and provide professional fitting consultations.
• Draft patterns, cut fabrics, and construct custom-made kanduras according to client specifications.
• Perform sewing, stitching, alterations, repairs, and finishing work with high precision.
• Ensure excellent garment fit, comfort, and appearance through quality control inspections.
• Advise customers on fabric selection, styling options, and kandura design details.
• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and tailoring equipment.
• Press, steam, and finish garments to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with the tailoring team to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
• Assist with fabric and tailoring accessory inventory when required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Kandura tailoring or traditional Emirati garment tailoring.
• Strong expertise in measuring, pattern making, fabric cutting, sewing, and alterations.
• Excellent knowledge of kandura fabrics, stitching techniques, and garment construction.
• Ability to deliver flawless tailoring results while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to creating perfectly fitted, premium-quality garments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tailoring orders efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC tailoring industry is highly preferred.
• Basic English communication skills;
  Arabic is an added advantage.
