Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for multi-channel campaigns, including social media, websites, presentations, print materials, event branding, and digital experiences.
  • Lead the visual development of assigned projects from concept through final execution.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, developers, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during internal reviews.
  • Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and creative tools to ensure innovative output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute ideas and creative thinking beyond design execution to support overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Degree or formal education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience within a multinational agency or internationally recognized creative environment is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience within creative, advertising, branding, or integrated marketing agencies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking, contemporary visual aesthetics, and campaign-level execution across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in modern AI‑powered creative tools, with the ability to leverage them effectively for ideation, workflow optimization, mockups, production enhancements, and creative exploration.
  • Strong understanding of social media culture, platform behaviors, trending content formats, and digital‑first design systems.
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns spanning social media, branding, motion graphics, experiential design, and presentation design.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced agency environments and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
  • Previous involvement in successful new business pitches or campaigns that contributed to measurable business growth is preferred.
  • Familiarity with internationally recognized creative standards and award‑winning work is highly valued.
  • Experience creating award boards, case study presentations, or contributing to award‑winning campaigns is considered an advantage.
  • Exposure to industry award platforms such as Dubai Lynx, Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, or Effie Awards is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the visual and cultural aesthetics of the UAE and GCC region is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are essential;
    Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to design effectively across both digital and print applications.
  • Knowledge of print production, pre‑press processes, and asset handoff for development.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to receive, interpret, and implement feedback constructively.
