Multimedia Designer

Design and produce multimedia assets including animated social posts, explainer videos, presentations, digital ads, reels, and branded motion content. Edit raw video footage, apply transitions, text overlays, and visual effects. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to ideate and execute integrated content pieces. Ensure that all deliverables meet brand guidelines, are platform‑appropriate, and are delivered on time. Optimize visuals for mobile‑first and social‑first environments (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, etc.).

Adapt and reformat existing content for reuse across different digital touchpoints. Stay informed on multimedia trends, software tools, and storytelling formats specific to the UAE and wider MENA region.

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a multimedia or motion design role within an agency or production studio.
• Portfolio/reel demonstrating cross‑format design and animation capabilities.
• Familiarity with cultural and visual preferences of Gulf audiences.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva is a plus.
• Ability to storyboard, animate, and edit dynamic multimedia content.
• Good grasp of motion principles (timing, rhythm, pacing) and video formats.
• Understanding of social media content best practices and platform‑specific trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
