Key Responsibilities of the role
- Preparing all graphic designs and audio‑visual material.
- Assisting in the processing of all audio‑visual requests related to the organization’s activities.
- Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia.
- Preparing audiovisual and marketing materials, including print layouts.
- Providing creative input and designing logos and images.
- Developing designs for promotional tools.
- Laminating, binding, and photocopying educational materials.
- Designing, developing, completing, and distributing printed materials as communicated by the Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer.
- Meeting with clients to establish their needs.
- Using design software to complete projects and revising projects based on client feedback.
- Keeping records on all graphic designing activities as communicated by the Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer.
- Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia.
- Participating in all team efforts as required.
- Collaborating with other team members to carry out work smoothly.
- Promoting effective communication strategies within the team and maintaining interdepartmental liaison.

- Complying with the policies, procedures, and practices of the SEHA facilities and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring alignment with SEHA facility policies and completing regulatory requirements, including licensure and certification and mandatory training within established time frames.
- Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with facility policy.
- Promoting customer service standards and acting as a brand ambassador for the facility.
- Maintaining positive relationships within the department/division and with other departments.
- Performing other duties assigned related to the basic responsibilities of the role.
- Adhering to occupational health and safety guidelines, infection control guidelines, and emergency preparedness plans/policies.
- Continuously developing skills and acquiring additional knowledge appropriate to the position.
- Complying with regulations related to mentoring, training, and development of UAE nationals staff.
Qualifications required: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or a related equivalent discipline. High school diploma in a relevant field is desired.
Specialist certifications required:
Proficiency in Adobe, Premiere, and Adobe Illustrator software. Desired certifications: none.
Experience required:
Several years of professional experience in graphic design, interior design, or a related field, preferably in a large healthcare facility.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer usage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills.
