Role summary
The Creative Production Executive supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative and multimedia content for IMI Media Academy’s training programs, marketing initiatives, and digital platforms.
The role assists in the production of visual content, training materials, promotional assets, and Academy events while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards. Working closely with trainers, instructional designers, and communications teams, the Executive helps facilitate the execution of creative projects and manages production logistics from concept development through final delivery.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with experience supporting multimedia projects and coordinating content production activities.
Key responsibilities- Produce training videos, promotional content, and multimedia communication materials for IMI Media Academy.
- Film, photograph, edit, and deliver high-quality multimedia content from concept to final output, ensuring alignment with Academy objectives and brand standards.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content that showcases Academy programs, activities, learners, trainers, and culture.
- Provide photo and video coverage of Academy events, graduations, workshops, showcases, and other key initiatives.
- Transform learning objectives and program content into engaging visual, video, and multimedia formats that enhance the learner experience.
- Plan and execute all stages of content production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Create and edit content for digital platforms, including social media channels, the Academy website, and other communication channels.
- Manage and maintain the Academy’s digital presence by publishing, updating, and optimizing content across social media platforms and the website.
- Develop multimedia assets to support e-learning initiatives and digital learning experiences.
- Maintain and organize creative assets, photography, video footage, and digital content libraries.
- Ensure consistent application of IMI Media Academy branding guidelines across all visual and multimedia content.
- Support creative and production requirements for Academy events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on digital engagement and content performance across the Academy’s website and social media channels, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Track emerging trends, tools, and best practices in media production, digital content, learning, and audience engagement, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance Academy initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and produce materials that support Academy programs, learner engagement, and promotional activities.
- 2–4 years of experience in media production, content creation, communications, or creative project coordination.
- Experience supporting multimedia, video, or digital content projects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and content production workflows.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital learning formats and visual content for educational or corporate environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
