Content Creator (Social Media & Communications). UAE Nationals

We are sourcing on behalf of Alpheya, a B2B Wealth Tech startup based in Abu Dhabi and backed by BNY Mellon and Lunate.

Their mission is to power and grow their clients' Wealth franchises through differentiated experiences, financial solutions, and insights. Their digital wealth management platform will enable banks and other financial institutions in the Middle East to grow and further penetrate affluent, HNW and UHNW investor segments.

While still leveraging the capabilities and knowledge of large organizations, this fintech is a startup with truly cross-functional and agile teams.

We're looking for a bilingual Content Creator to own our social media presence and day-to-day communications content end-to-end, from concept to camera to caption. This is a hands-on, multi-format role: you'll shoot and edit photo and video, write compelling copy in both Arabic and English, run the content calendar, and help shape how Alpheya shows up across Linked In, Instagram, and other channels.

It's an execution-focused role for someone who likes to make things, not just plan them.

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content using a professional camera (events, interviews, behind-the-scenes, product features)
• Edit short-form video for social (Reels/Stories) and produce quick graphics, quote cards, and carousels as needed
• Write and adapt copy in both Arabic and English, maintaining Alpheya's tone of voice across both languages
• Own the day-to-day content calendar and handle publishing across platforms
• Turn product features and financial concepts into clear, accessible, on-brand content for social and other channels
• Produce communications and promotional pieces, including customer stories, event recaps, and executive/thought-leadership posts, working from existing briefs and direction
• Coordinate with the design team on visual assets: brief them, share requirements, and follow up on deliverables to keep content on schedule
• Capture and create content around company events, interviews, and panels, including recap material
• Manage comments and DMs professionally in both languages as part of community management
• Monitor performance and platform insights to refine content based on what works
• Ensure all content, visual and written, is accurate, culturally appropriate for both Arabic and English audiences, and mindful of the tone required for a regulated financial institution
• Stay on top of social media trends and native formats relevant to fintech/wealth tech and the UAE/MENA market

• UAE National (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar content or social media role
• Strong photography and videography skills, comfortable shooting with a professional DSLR or mirrorless camera
• Video editing skills for short-form content using Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Basic graphic design ability using Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Excellent written communication in both Arabic and English, with a good eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
• Working knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
• Comfort learning and translating fintech and financial concepts into accessible, compliant-friendly content
• Self-starter who can work independently, stay organized, and juggle multiple shoots, posts, and deadlines at once
• Strong collaborator across content, design, product, and leadership
• Flexibility to cover events outside standard hours including launches, interviews, and panels

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills
• Valid UAE driving licence
• A portfolio or personal social media presence demonstrating content work
• Familiarity with Notion and Slack
