We’re looking for an experienced Videographer to cover a corporate event for approximately 4 hours, capturing the key moments, speakers, guests, and overall atmosphere.
Scope of Work
- Up to 4 hours of event coverage
- Capture venue, guest arrivals and networking
- Film key speakers and important moments
- Capture candid moments and professional B-roll
- Follow the event schedule to ensure key moments are covered
Deliverables
- 1 edited event highlight video (1–2 minutes)
- 2 short vertical Reels (15–30 seconds each)
- Professional color correction and basic audio editing
- High-resolution and social-media-ready files
- Delivery within 1 working day
- Experience in corporate or event videography
- Relevant portfolio
- Own professional camera, gimbal and necessary equipment
- Strong filming and editing skills
Only creators with a fully completed Media Club profile and portfolio will be considered. External portfolio links, websites, cloud storage links, and social media profiles will not be evaluated.
