This hybrid role combines behind-the-scenes coordination with front-facing hosting. You’ll manage logistics, liaise with vendors and clients, and bring high-energy charisma to every event you attend. From weddings to corporate activations, you’ll ensure our photobooth setup runs smoothly—and that every guest leaves with a smile and a snapshot.

• Event Coordination: Liaise with clients pre-event to confirm logistics, timelines, and customizations.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate setup and breakdown of photobooth equipment at venues.
• Event Coordination: Manage inventory and ensure all tech components are event-ready.
• Event Coordination: Communicate with venue staff and vendors for seamless execution.
• Event Coordination: Troubleshoot minor tech issues on-site (training provided).
• Event Hosting: Welcome guests and guide them through the photobooth experience.
• Event Hosting: Encourage participation and create a lively, inclusive atmosphere.
• Event Hosting: Assist with props, poses, and QR code sharing for digital downloads.
• Event Hosting: Represent Cluster Clear with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Event Hosting: Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media (optional but encouraged).

Prior experience in event coordination, hosting, or customer-facing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills >
Handling social media Enquries Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting ability Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends UAE driving license preferred (or reliable transport access
