The Teacher of Primary will plan and deliver learning in line with the school 's Teaching and Learning Policy, maintain high expectations for student achievement and behaviour, and use assessment and performance information to respond effectively to different learning needs.

• Create a positive climate for learning that supports outstanding classroom practice.
• Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and establish appropriate targets based on students ' prior attainment.
• Identify SEN (POD), EAL, and G and T students and address their needs through effective differentiation.
• Plan well-structured lessons and learning activities that maintain appropriate pace, challenge, and engagement.
• Use assessment for learning effectively to inform teaching and student progress.
• Analyze performance data and key indicators to plan differentiated learning.
• Make effective use of ICT to enhance learning and progress.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school 's Behaviour for Learning Policy.
