- Deliver age-appropriate, differentiated instruction in English, Math, and Science.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and independence in students.
- Integrate educational technology and hands‑on learning experiences where appropriate.
- Use assessment data to inform instruction and improve learning outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Promote social-emotional learning, good behavior, and personal responsibility.
- Serve as the primary caregiver and first point of contact for students in their academic and personal development.
- Monitor student well‑being and communicate concerns as needed.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.
- Prepare and deliver academic reports and participate in parent‑teacher conferences.
- Maintain professional and ongoing communication with parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with subject specialists (e.g., Arabic, Islamic, PE, Art, Music, Inclusion) to support student learning and development.
- Participate in team planning meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development sessions.
- Work closely with the Assistant Head of Grades 1 & 2 to support curriculum delivery, classroom practices, and student progress.

- Minimum Education:
Bachelor - Teaching
Experience:
2+ years
