Amazon is hiring a Content Specialist in Abu Dhabi, UAE to create, curate and manage content across digital, learning and communication channels. The role combines content development with instructional design, ensuring materials are accurate, engaging, consistent and aligned with organizational objectives. The Content Specialist will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop websites and newsletter content, e-learning modules, job aids and training manuals.
The position also requires knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, digital design tools and technical concepts that support effective learning experiences.
