Aldar Education is hiring a UAE National MOE Teacher - Arabic and Islamic Studies to join Al Muna Academy in Abu Dhabi, UAE, commencing in December 2026. This Primary-Secondary Education opportunity focuses on delivering the MOE curriculum through effective Arabic Language and Islamic Studies teaching while supporting strong academic, personal, and cultural development. The successful candidate will plan and deliver differentiated MOE lessons, monitor student progress, use assessment data to strengthen learning, and create an inclusive classroom environment.

- Demonstrate a clear understanding of curriculum requirements and translate them into effective learning outcomes.
- Deliver Arabic Language and Islamic Studies using appropriate MOE syllabus content, materials, and schemes of work.
- Plan, prepare, and present lessons that address the full ability range within the class.
- Develop effective long-term, medium-term, and short-term sequences of MOE lessons according to individual learning needs.
- Establish a classroom climate that supports high-quality teaching and purposeful learning.
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons that challenge pupils and encourage critical thinking.
- Organize classroom provision, learning resources, and displays to create a positive educational environment.
- Establish clear learning objectives and monitor student achievement against expected outcomes.
- Observe and assess pupils in accordance with school assessment requirements.
- Reflect on teaching, classroom provision, and student progress to improve future planning.
- Embed Al Muna Academy 's language for learning and expected attitudes throughout curriculum delivery.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of SEN, POD, EAL, and gifted and talented students while maintaining appropriate expectations for progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, educational psychologists, and other professionals when required to address diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports students ' academic, social, and emotional development.
Take responsibility for student progress and use prior attainment data to establish appropriate expectations and learning targets. Monitor achievement consistently and provide clear, constructive feedback that helps students understand their progress and next steps. Meet assessment requirements and record student development using Target Tracker. Use assessment evidence to guide future planning, classroom provision, differentiation, and targeted interventions. Provide parents and carers with meaningful feedback regarding student progress and development through Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings.
Behaviour Management and Student Well-being- Follow established school policies covering behaviour, professional conduct, and child safeguarding.
- Manage classes effectively using approaches appropriate to student needs.
- Inspire, motivate, and appropriately challenge pupils.
