Aldar Education is seeking a Teacher to join Mubarak Bin Mohammed Cycle 2 and 3 Charter School in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This Primary-Secondary Education opportunity is suited to a qualified teacher who can deliver engaging curriculum-based lessons, maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour, and support students across different abilities within an American curriculum environment. The successful candidate will take responsibility for student progress, plan effective learning experiences, use assessment evidence to guide classroom provision, and collaborate closely with colleagues and parents.
The role also contributes to curriculum development, extracurricular activities, student well-being, and the wider educational life of the school.

- Deliver lessons that inspire students and support strong educational outcomes.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of curriculum requirements.
- Plan, prepare, and present learning sessions appropriate to the full ability range within the class.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop engaging lessons that meet curriculum expectations.
- Organize classroom provision, resources, and displays to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative teaching.
- Observe and assess students in accordance with school assessment requirements.
- Reflect on lessons delivered, classroom provision, and student progress.
- Adjust teaching strategies, learning environments, planning, and curriculum provision in response to student needs.
- Embed the school's Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes throughout curriculum delivery.
- Collaborate with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, educational psychologists, and other professionals when required.
Build constructive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, curriculum support staff, and other members of the school community. Communicate effectively at different levels and work flexibly with teaching colleagues to strengthen lesson planning and curriculum delivery. Work cooperatively with parents to support children 's happiness, academic achievement, and overall development. Coordinate with curriculum support staff where applicable to address individual learning needs.
Assessmentand Student Progress
Take responsibility for the progress of students within the class and meet school requirements for assessing and recording student development using Target Tracker. Use assessment data to identify learning priorities and inform subsequent planning, classroom provision, and appropriate intervention. Monitor student achievement consistently and provide parents and carers with clear feedback regarding progress through Parent Teacher Conferences and other relevant meetings.
BehaviourManagement and Student Development
- Follow the school's established behaviour policy.
- Manage classes effectively using approaches appropriate to individual student needs.
- Inspire, motivate, and appropriately challenge pupils.
- Maintain positive relationships with students while exercising appropriate authority.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen curriculum provision and maintain consistent approaches to student learning and development. Communicate with parents and carers regarding student achievement and well-being using established school systems and processes, including CPOMS where appropriate.
