Facilitate fun engaging and age-appropriate developmental learning activities for children aged 2 5 years

Develop creative learning programs and curriculum materials

Observe monitor and document children s learning progress and developmental needs
Manage children s behavior patiently and maintain a safe positive and nurturing learning environment
Lead interactive activities including storytelling singing dancing games and movement exercises
Handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing daily schedules
Work closely with the team and assist in center activities events and program development
Show initiative leadership potential and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the center grows

- Background in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or related fields is an advantage.
- Passionate about working with young children aged 2–5 years.
- Fast learner, trainable, and willing to undergo coaching and professional development.
- Patient, energetic, creative, resourceful, and engaging with children.
- Able to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Flexible, responsible, hardworking, and adaptable.
- Has initiative, good decision‑making skills, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Possesses leadership potential and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
- Good English communication skills.
- Confident in facilitating singing, dancing, storytelling, and creative learning activities.
- Willing to learn new teaching strategies and support children with different developmental needs.
- Open to feedback, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Willing to grow with the center and potentially take on future leadership responsibilities.
- Experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, dedication, creativity, and willingness to learn are highly valued.
