Chief Financial Officer; CFO

Overview

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in structuring, scaling, and financing our growth. This role requires both a strategist and an operator: someone who can design world-class financial frameworks while managing the realities of a high-growth start-up.

• Lead all aspects of corporate finance: fundraising strategy, deal structuring (SAFE, convertible notes, equity/debt mix), investor relations, and reporting.
• Drive financial planning & analysis: budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and KPI dashboards.
• Implement and oversee a modern control framework, including SaaS-based reporting tools, BI dashboards, and cost-control systems.
• Manage multi-jurisdiction consolidation: UAE mainland/freezone entities, offshore cost centers, and cross-border structures.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and runway monitoring, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Build and lead the finance team across Abu Dhabi HQ and offshore offices.
• Establish robust risk management frameworks (hedging, AML, GDPR, financial cybersecurity).
• Drive payment infrastructure optimization, including blockchain-based solutions, Stripe, and other modern payment gateways.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, contributing to decision-making across business development, operations, and product monetization.
• Represent YOTSYSTEM in front of investors, auditors, and regulators, with credibility and clarity.

• International & Multi-Jurisdiction Experience
• Proven track record operating across multiple regions, ideally with direct experience in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of UAE freezone and mainland structures, taxation, and cross-border financing.
• Experience managing offshore cost centers and multi-country financial consolidation.
• Corporate Finance & Start-Up Growth:
  Led at least one Seed and Series A/B fundraising round, with exposure to VC, Family Offices, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
• Demonstrated ability to structure investment offers and negotiate with sophisticated investors.
• Experienced in cash flow management under pressure and financial scenario planning.
• Relevant Industry Background:
  Strong background in tech (SaaS, marketplace, travel, or luxury industries).
• Bonus: exposure to yachting or private aviation, with an understanding of UHNW clients and luxury dynamics.

  Mastery of international accounting standards (IFRS) + UAE local regulations; skilled in Fintech and SaaS tools: ERP cloud, BI, automation, consolidation systems; knowledge of blockchain applications and modern payments, including Stripe and alternative gateways; expertise in risk management (hedging, compliance, financial cybersecurity).
