Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage complete accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking daily financial activities, preparing detailed reports, analyzing costs, supporting management with budgeting and cost-cutting strategies, and ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT and audit requirements.

• Track and record daily sales, purchases, card payments, online transfers, and petty cash
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger
• Reconcile bank accounts, POS, and payment gateways

• Prepare Daily Sales Reports
• Prepare Weekly Financial Reports
• Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements
• Generate management reports with financial insights and recommendations

• Perform cost analysis and provide cost-cutting suggestions
• Assist management in budgeting and financial planning
• Monitor expenses and improve financial efficiency

• Handle payroll processing and employee expense tracking
• Manage VAT filing, returns, and compliance as per UAE regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits

• Prepare financial statements and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support management with strategic financial decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws
• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and audits
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Quick Books, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
